We are thrilled to announce a strategic partnership between Blueprint Basketball Academy and Coach Simmie Colson, owner of Girlz Prep Report.

For too long, the Central Texas–to–Waco corridor has been under-recruited despite being home to tremendous talent. Coach Colson brings an unmatched network of collegiate contacts—spanning thousands of coaches at the D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and JUCO levels—and a proven track record of helping more than 1,000 girls achieve their dream of playing college basketball.

Together, we will launch a series of ranking camps, beginning with the Dazzling Dozen, which will spotlight standout girls’ basketball players in grades 6–12 from across our region. This initiative is designed to elevate visibility, provide opportunities, and inspire the next generation of female athletes.

Coach Colson is also a proud father of three, including NCAA national champion and two-time WNBA champion Sydney Colson. His passion for the game, combined with his dedication to opening doors for young women, makes this partnership a game-changer for girls’ basketball in Central Texas.
